PowerTech Version Support
Product questions or concerns that require analysis by our support team are responded to as outlined in your customer support agreement.

Most products require an update to a recent version for V6R1 support (IBM i 6.1). Please consult the table below.
Note: V5R2 support ends Nov 30th 2008.


When program support ends, PowerTech support engineers will continue to provide assistance, and answer questions that you may have about the product for those customers who are current on maintenance.  However, if software problems are found, the customer will be advised to upgrade to one of the supported versions of the product to resolve the issue. Customers who are current on maintenance can upgrade at no charge. If you desire support for releases of PowerTech software no longer fully covered by your support agreement, our Professional Services team can be contracted for individual consulting projects by contacting us at support@powertech.com or 253-872-7788.

PowerTech currently supports the following releases of our products installed on the following releases of IBM's OS400 operating system. Click Here to see a table showing the most current version of PowerTech products on each version of the IBM operating system.

The SecMan and AuditMaster products were sunsetted in 2004 and are no longer supported.


IBM ended program support for V5R1 on 9/30/05 and V5R2 on 4/30/2007.
